ITIL®4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support (CDS) in English with exam

This 3-day ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) course covers the core service management activities and expands beyond the previous scope of ITIL v3 to cover the ‘creation’ of services.

The course agenda covers core ITIL 4 practices to help you understand the major factors that contribute to the successful creation, delivery, and support across ITIL’s new service value system (SVS) business model.

According to the decision of PeopleCert and AXELOS, from February 1, 2022, accredited trainings are sold only with an exam and the official book.

It is possible to buy an exam insurance for an additional fee added to the exam price: PLN 270.

• ITSM practitioners managing the operation of IT-enabled & digital products and services, and those responsible for the end-to-end delivery
• Individuals continuing their journey in service management
• ITSM managers and aspiring ITSM managers
• Existing ITIL qualification holders wishing to develop their knowledge.

Exam form	On-line exam is organized on the last day of the training. It is possible to buy a voucher that allows you to take the exam on later Time, according to its expiry date, for an additional fee added to the exam price: PLN 120.
